Story
Welcome to the Ross High Doddie Aid 2024 JustGiving Page. Doddie Aid is a nationwide participation event, encouraging physical activity to raise funds to help discover a cure for Motor Neuron Disease.
As a school team we are aiming to accumulate 2500 miles and raise a total of £500 over the course of January. All miles count whether that be swimming, walking, running or cycling they all contribute the same. At the end of the month, the person who has as clocked the highest number of miles will be crowned the Ross High Doddie Aid Champion 0f 2024.
Doddie's story has transcended the rugby world. To fearlessly face down his diagnosis and improve the research landscape for people living with MND is mind-blowing. And to have done it with a smile never far from his lips, and humour punctuating every call to action,Doddie is an inspiration. Doddie aid is a way for us all to our little bit to help him and the foundation in the quest to find better treatments for MND.
