I will be playing on the MIND Mental Health Charity Ice Hockey team who will be competing at the UK Charity All-Stars Tournament in July in Cardiff, Wales.

8 teams will battle it out on the ice to be the top fundraisers and eventual tournament winners.

Through losing friends to suicide and dealing with my own anxiety issues after being stabbed I have seen first hand how important having support systems and the opportunity to talk about your issues can be. I wanted to find a way to give back and raise awareness and feel very fortunate to be able to join this amazing team in an effort to help make a difference.
