In 2023 I took part in the Qatar East 2 West Ultra Marathon. The event consists of is a 90km road race on foot, starting on the East Coast of Qatar at the Sheraton Hotel, and finishing on the West Cost of Qatar at Dukhan Beach. I participated in this event as part of a 6 person team, where each individual ran a portion of the race.

This year I have registered to take part in the race as an individual participant, covering the full distance of 90km!

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
