Story
From 22–26 April I’ll be running five marathons in five consecutive days finishing with the London Marathon for Teens Unite Fighting Cancer.
I’m running in support of Teens Unite Fighting Cancer the only UK charity providing ongoing support specifically for 13–24-year-olds during and after treatment. Much of the battle is mental rebuilding confidence reconnecting socially and learning how to live fully again. Teens Unite creates life-changing moments through activities events and residential stays. My fundraising is supporting something incredibly special. Teens Unite is creating the first dedicated retreat in England for young people diagnosed with cancer based in Broxbourne.
I was introduced to the amazing charity last year by my friend Louis Rose who fundraised for them. Louis sadly passed away last year and this challenge is also a way to honour him and the passion he had for helping others.
Running five marathons in five days will be my toughest challenge yet but it’s nothing compared to what these young people face.
If you’re able to donate share or support in any way it would mean the world. Every contribution helps give young people affected by cancer confidence connection and hope.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
