In 2026 I’m taking on a personal endurance challenge to raise money for Mind. Mind provides crucial support, advice and resources for people experiencing mental health problems, and I’m proud to be raising money to help them continue their work.
Over the year I’ll be completing a series of events including multiple running races, trail runs and a triathlon. These events will test me both physically and mentally, but that’s exactly why I’ve chosen to do them in support of mental health.
