While the tractors are the stars of the show, the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is the hero of this story.

Every minute counts in a medical emergency, and the MAAC's critical care crews provide rapid, lifesaving treatment to patients across the Midlands region, often reaching the scene in challenging, remote, or congested locations where an ambulance simply can't get to quickly enough.

MAAC receives no government funding for its daily missions and relies entirely on public support and donations to keep its three air ambulances and critical care cars operational.

Each mission costs the charity thousands of pounds. Your donation directly contributes to the fuel, medical equipment, and highly skilled paramedics and doctors needed to save lives every single day, 365 days a year.
