I’m running the Newport marathon in April. Marathons are my worse running discipline but i aim to achieve a pb this year of sub 3:30 and tackle my demon. I’m taking this race very seriously with my training regime.

I have decided to raise money for heart research uk as you may be aware dad suffered a heart attack in September last year which came as a real shock. He’s doing very well with his recovery.

On top of this mum had to take early retirement due to a heart condition & has broad complex tachycardia.
