In under two weeks I’m running the Rome Marathon (my first big race!) and I’ve decided to do a bit of fundraising for Lucky Ewe, a charity linked to the children’s mental health service where I work as a nurse.

Lucky Ewe supports young people with mental health challenges, neurodivergence and trauma by giving them the chance to spend time outdoors working with animals, farming and nature, helping to build confidence, skills and wellbeing.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would mean a lot and help support the amazing work they do.
