Georgia Schein, Jess Corner, Joseph Stoehr, Helen Hendry, Sam Mills, Elize Permyakova and Kate Skidmore are taking on the ultimate test of courage, a fire walk! Barefoot, over burning embers, fuelled only by determination, adrenaline, and (hopefully) some solid fire-safety training. They’re stepping up to the challenge to raise money for our Alconbury office charity of the year, MAGPAS Air Ambulance. 🔥

If you’re wondering what a fire walk actually involves, it’s exactly what it sounds like! Walking across a bed of glowing embers, measuring around 500°C! Thankfully, there’s a science to it (something about heat conduction, not standing too long in one spot, and sheer willpower), but that doesn’t make it any less impressive, or nerve-wracking.
