One of our colleagues at RS Clare has recently been diagnosed with Follicular Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, so we are taking this opportunity to raise awareness of lymphoma and some much needed money for the charity Lymphoma Action, who have already made a big difference to our colleague.

As a team, we will be running/walking/crawling our way around the 15K Manchester Tough Mudder on 10th October. This is the now legendary 15km obstacle course that includes 20+ obstacles with mud, ice cold water, mud, electrocution, mud, heights, mud, tight spaces, and did I mention mud? It's not for the feint hearted, so please support us as much as you're able to.

We are raising money for Lymphoma Action, which is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to supporting people affected by lymphoma. Lymphoma is the most common blood cancer.

Their mission is to make sure that no-one has to face lymphoma alone. They are there for everyone affected by lymphoma and provide expert information, dedicated support and a community that understands – right from day one. They also support healthcare professionals and advocate for better treatment and care.
