Hey there! I'm gearing up for a challenge this June – I'm taking on 3,000 Push Ups in June 2025 to support the Teenage Cancer Trust. That’s about 100 push ups a day!

Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words "you have cancer." They each need specialized nursing care and support to help them through this tough time. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity in the UK dedicated to meeting this vital need, ensuring that no young person faces cancer alone.

Your support can make a real difference! Just £25 can provide an hour of vital conversation with a Youth Support Coordinator. These amazing individuals offer extra help with everything from studies to relationships and mental wellbeing during treatment.
