This July, Ruairi and Aila are taking on the Dandelion Dash, a 5K challenge that helps raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss and supports the vital work of Aching Arms.

They intend to walk 5k in one go (without moaning) with their Dandelion Bears.

By supporting our challenge, you’ll be helping raise vital funds to provide comforting Dandelion Bears to children grieving the loss of their baby sibling and enabling the charity to expand its much needed services.

Ruairi and Aila both have a dandelion bear that brings them much comfort and creates a regular opportunity to talk about their sister Violet who we lost during pregnancy in 2013
