JAMH provides quality care for mental health by offering counselling/therapy, signposting, wellbeing events and mental health training for the Greater Manchester Jewish community. Since 2020 we have helped over 700 people and over 35% of them are age 18 and under.

Story

I'm raising funds for Jewish Action for Mental Health (JAMH) in Manchester because of their exceptional commitment to providing practical support alongside advice for individuals facing mental health challenges. Unlike many other charities, JAMH doesn't just offer guidance; they swiftly connect individuals with therapists and offer financial assistance to pay for the therapy when needed. This rapid and tangible support not only transforms the lives of those struggling but also positively impacts their families and communities. I've personally witnessed the profound difference JAMH makes, and I believe in their mission wholeheartedly. Together, we can ensure that individuals facing mental health issues receive the timely and comprehensive support they deserve.
