Story
For the last week of term, from the 16th - 20th of December, children can wear their pyjamas to class to help raise money for a charity close to our hearts.
This year, our chosen charity is the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Leeds General Infirmary. One of our dancers, Blossom, at 6 weeks old, became severely ill with bronchiolitis. Blossom was admitted to Leeds General Infirmary in an ambulance after suffering from breathing difficulties at home. After an 11 day stay in Peadeatric Intensive Care, she was moved to an acute ward for a further 5 days before thankfully being allowed home. During her stay, Blossom, experienced various challenges with her health and as a result, needed to receive the best care and treatment available. The ambulance crew, A & E resus team and the PICU ward were unbelievable. They all saved Blossom’s life and worked so hard around the clock to ensure her safety. Blossom’s family were blown away by their efforts.
Please join us in raising some money for this fantastic cause.
