Ruby’s 499 mile Spin challenge at Tooting Leisure Centre for ‘Super’ Kevin Campbell’s lasting legacy: Footballer Kevin Campbell passed away in 2024, but is still loved by both Arsenal and Everton Football Clubs. Super Kev played a total of 388 matches for both Clubs, scoring 111 goals. So I pledged to Spin 499miles at TLC to raise funds for his charitable foundation which supports vulnerable children and adults to reach their true potential. As a Scouse Gooner living with an incurable blood and degenerative hip conditions (sporting two hip replacements!) this was a big challenge for me, so any donation - however small - inspires me - just as Super Kev always did. Together, let’s honour his memory and create a lasting legacy!
