On Sunday 13th September I am taking part in Great North Run 2026 to raise money for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland

The Great North Run is the world’s biggest and best half marathon, with 60,000 runners taking on the 13.1 mile run.

Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland is a charity that provides services to women, who live, work or study in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland, who have been affected by sexual violence and abuse at any times in their lives.

We won’t judge, we don’t criticise, we listen.
