Hi everyone,

On July 13th 2024, My darling -( Not so little) Ruby, will be scaring me senseless by taking a leap of faith—literally! Ruby will be abseiling 170ft down the Trafford Centers' Barton Square Tower eeek!

In doing so she's looking to raise money for Northenden Scouts, the money raised will go towards creating and supporting the adventures and opportunities that they offer young people like Ruby.

The Scouting Association plays a vital role in developing young people's skills for life. Through a variety of activities and adventures, they teach invaluable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and resilience. The funds raised will help provide resources, equipment, and opportunities for young scouts to continue their growth and exploration.

As many of you know the Scouting Association plays a hugeeeee part in Ruby's life.Not only are basically all Ruby's family Scout leaders, Ruby herself been involved from a very young age and has spent most of her youthhood so far progressing through, squirrels, beavers and scouts and now she's working towards becoming a young leader!
