This will be the last triathlon I will be doing with Heath Mount and my Heath Mount friends, it feels incredibly emotional to reach this moment.

Each race has pushed me further than I thought possible. When I signed up for the first one, I never imagined how much I would grow, not just in fitness, but in confidence, resilience, and determination. Along the way, I’ve learned entirely new skills, including cycling, faced fears I once avoided, and discovered just how powerful it is to be part of something bigger than yourself.

Restless Development is a truly special charity. They don’t just provide aid, they empower. Across Africa and Asia, they invest in young people, helping them find their voice, gain life-changing skills, access vital health education, and become leaders who transform their own communities. More than seven million young people have already been supported to stand up, step forward, and create lasting change for themselves and others.

This triathlon with my 3 Amigas is not just another event for me, it’s a celebration of everything I’ve learned, a celebration of my friends, everything we’ve achieved together, and one last opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
