Story
Some causes are worth putting your life on the line for.
For me, the mission of Hope & Homes for Children (HHC) more than qualifies.
I have been a trustee of this incredible charity for the past 6 years and am coming to the end of my final term. As my farewell gift to HHC, I will jump out of a plane at 15000 feet to help raise funds.
HHC's work is deeply personal to me. My own childhood gave me a very early understanding of what it means for a child not to feel safe. From the age of two, instability and fear shaped much of how I saw the world. Pasts cannot be changed so I choose to use my experience, voice and networks to help create a safer, more hopeful future for children who are at risk.
Donate generously if you like me and even more generously if you don't.
Help me beat the target! I am also sponsoring champagne from my own cellar for those who come to support the skydive in Salisbury.
Date of jump: Saturday 12th September. Ashford, Kent

Hope and Homes for Children is an international charity working to bring millions of separated children back to family. Around 5.4 million children across the world are currently separated from their families. They’ve been placed in orphanages, even though over 80% of them are not orphans. Orphanages expose these children to abuse and trafficking, and physical and psychological trauma that can last a lifetime. Join our global movement and fight for every child to feel the love and belonging of a safe family home.
