Story
I'm so excited (and a little nervous!) to be running my first ever marathon in support of Growing Hope, a charity providing free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in local communities across London and England.
Back in 2024, I ran the London Vitality 10K for Growing Hope, and since then, I’ve seen how much of a difference they make. The church I regularly attend — St Saviour’s — has also opened a clinic space for the charity, helping bring their vital services to our local community. Several friends and fellow church members work for Growing Hope, and their dedication to offering hope, support, and practical help to families who are struggling has been inspiring.
Here’s why Growing Hope's work matters so much:
Growing Hope offers free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK. They grow hope for families where hope has been lost due to isolation or rejection. They share hope in Jesus because he brings hope even in the most difficult situations.
Growing Hope provides a range of therapies including occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and music therapy to help children and young people reach their potential. They also provide support for parents, carers and siblings through groups and courses.
Research suggests that families aren’t getting the support they need on the NHS as services are currently stretched. Growing Hope aims to bridge the gap by providing support for families who are desperate for help. Please give what you can to help transform the lives of children with additional needs and their families.

Your support will help bring practical help and lasting hope to families who need it. Whatever amount you can help give, every donation makes a real difference.
Thank you so much for being part of this journey with me!
Much love,
Jasmine
