Story
My Father, Robert Delgado has been living with Dementia for 5 years and has recently gone into a care home with the Dementia now becoming Vascular. I will be running in his honour in his hometown of Cardiff. I'm hoping to raise as much as possible whilst also bringing awareness to this horrible disease.

We also raised money this weekend just gone for the Robert in our first ever Presidential Football Match. Link below and also another link to the Dementia UK charity: https://www.chesternomads.co.uk/post/presidents-game-matchreport
Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping families take back control when they are struggling.
