Story

Jake, Matt & Corey

On January 2nd we began a health kick challenge called 75 days hard, an intense fitness reigeme with a specific set of rules. The challenge is hard in itself however what better way to finish by using the fitness that we have gained to run the St Albans half marathon for Sams Trust. Although we have been challenged throughout this, it is nothing in comparison to the challenge that Sam went through. This is why we believe that it is so important to show support and spread awerness for charities such as the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

About Sam

Sam was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) in February 2021. He has undergone an extremely harsh course of chemotherapy as well as having a total knee replacement. Currently, he's receiving immunotherapy as we strive for a cure. This wouldn't have been available to him without the work of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.
