An amazing group of people of all ages from teenagers to mid-lifers are training for either a 5km, 10km or a half marathon run on Sunday 17th May at Little Waltham in aid of our daughter Hope who is 13 years old and has Cerebral Palsy which effects her arms and legs. She needs regular private physio that she attends twice a week, and is starting hydrotherapy, to ensure her a pain free way of life and to keep her striving towards her own independence within as much as her body and the disability will allow her. This therapy costs over £1,000 a month and so these lovely people are running their distance of choice to help fundraise towards this much needed therapy.
