Very recently we lost Lynne, a much loved member of our club, very suddenly to liver cancer. Lynne's smile, kindness and high energy will be missed by everyone in the club who knew her.

She had always wanted to come on one of our trail runs but never made it due to being too unwell in recent months so on September 30th I'll be like holding a run in her memory. I know she wanted to explore the Sidlaw Hills more so that's were we will go. We will be starting at 11am on Saturday 30th September from the carpark by Hallyburton Community Woodland (on the A923).

Please wear the brightest colours you can find and bring all the Queer Joy, we want this to be a run Lynne would enjoy and a celebration of her cheerful spirit.

I'm using this opportunity to also raise some money for Live Through This, an LGBTQIA+ cancer charity who support and advocate for LGBTQIA+ people affected by cancer.

The run will be roughly 4miles and we will take it very easy, walking all the hills and jogging the downs. You don't have to have known Lynne to join us, I know she loved to meet new people.
