Running for Sullivan – London Marathon 2026
In Loving Memory of My Son, Sullivan Arthur Stapleton 💙
On 26th April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon in memory of my beautiful 19-month-old son, Sullivan, who tragically passed away in his sleep in December 2023. There are no words to describe the pain of losing a child, but through this journey, I want to turn my grief into purpose — to honour Sully’s name and help other families going through the unimaginable.
I’m running for Chestnut Tree House (Southern Hospice Group), a place that offers vital care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. They provide a lifeline when it’s needed most — giving precious moments of joy, comfort, and peace.
To support this cause, I’ll be organising a series of fundraising events including:
- Raffles with amazing prizes
- Baking cakes and sweet treats
- ‘Sponsor a Mile’ challenges where you can back me for mile in memory of someone you choose
- Plus many more fun and meaningful activities to raise funds and awareness.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards giving families the chance to create treasured memories with their children — memories that will last a lifetime.
Sully will be with me every step of the way, and with your support, we can make a real difference in his name.
Thank you for standing with us.
