Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Run for the Rivers is a 10-day, 600 km charity solo run from the mouth of the River Erme in South Devon to London, following a chain of river catchments all the way to the Thames. Running around 60 km a day, the challenge aims to raise awareness of the growing pressures on our rivers and the communities that depend on them. The run supports Wild About the Erme River (WATER), a community-led charity working to improve water quality, restore nature, and support river stewardship. This run is being self funded, so all funds raised will directly support practical, nature-based river restoration and community engagement projects in the River Erme catchment.
