My son, Owen, was only 4 weeks old when he passed away during his sleep. It is a heartbreak I will never fully recover from, but I honour his memory every day. Part of how I do that is to raise money for Teddy’s Wish.

Teddy’s Wish is a charity that was founded by a couple after the terrible loss of their own son. They are deeply committed to improving the support services that families facing baby loss so desperately need. They also fund and conduct invaluable research that will help grieving parents in their search for answers.

In less than 2 weeks, I will be racing in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 5K and plan on adding many races between now and the end of the year. I'm once again want to continue my journey and in helping spread awareness of baby loss, bring support to other parents, and Teddy's Wish.
