Official blurby bit below. Before you get there....

I will put an impressive running photo on as soon as I have one. In the meantime, here is a photo of how I like to think I will look after finishing the run. Full disco..I am lucky not, as yet, to have any direct connection with North London Hospice but I live in North London and wanted to do something to support a local and incredible cause. I have lost too many close friends to cancer and other diseases in the last twelve months so I will be running in their memory. Albeit I will try not to remember them as I am running. I am not a natural runner so need to focus on happy joyful things. Getting emotional will slow me down, from a slow run to a brisk walk.

Thank you in advance for any donation, however big or small. Even £1 is gratefully received. If you miss this one, I am hoping to do another in May and swim around Manhattan at some point this summer.
