This year, the lads summer trip looks a little different.

This year, we're swapping the budgies and jandals for running shoes and chafe cream as 6 of us head to Milan to hit the cobblestones for 42km, all in support of a great cause: Cancer Research UK.

Unfortunately, far too many of us have close experience of those affected by cancer, and Cancer Research UK is a driving force in changing this.

All support and generosity is greatly appreciated to help towards their cause.
