Hi Everyone - I will be running the London Marathon on 21 April 2024 and am raising funds for a local charity which supports families affected by the death of a baby: Babyloss Support Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (https://babylosssupport.org.uk).

This charity is close to my heart as Deepa and I sadly lost our son, Jai, in 2016 when he was stillborn at 34 weeks. No parent should have to experience the death of a child.

Babyloss Support works with local healthcare professionals to provide equipment, support, training and education to enable them to care sensitively for these families. By working with other local charities and services, they aim to reduce the stigma associated with baby loss and provide essential support to families in areas or cultures that may not have this readily available.
