Story
Assalamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa
Barakaatuhu.
This Ramadan, I am fundraising for a cause that is close to my heart. Jamia Al-Karam, an institution that has been shaping the future of Islam in Britain since 1985.
For many years, Jamia Al-Karam has produced scholars, imams, teachers and community leaders who now serve communities across the UK. This institution is not just a building it is a foundation for the future of our community.
However, like many institutions, it is currently facing serious financial pressures due to rising costs. Without community support, the ability to continue nurturing the next generation of scholars is at risk.
Even in the short time I have been studying there, I have seen enough to know the impact this institution has on its students and the wider community. Supporting it is not just a donation. It is an investment in knowledge, guidance, and ongoing reward.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed that grows seven ears; in every ear are a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills.” (2:261)
Your donation no matter how big or small is a seed. And Allah promises growth.
Please donate whatever you can and share this page. Help preserve sacred knowledge in Britain. Help secure ongoing reward for yourself and your family.
May Allah accept from you and multiply your generosity beyond measure.
Ameen
