Jay Morris was an avid cyclist who rode & raced for VeloSport Jersey.

He died from cancer at the young age of 30 in 2003.

Russ is taking part in the Jay Morris Spinathon, sitting on a turbo in the shop for 6hrs none stop aiming to cover 220km in that time.

Jersey Hospice Care is a specialist palliative care service and the island’s only hospice, providing holistic care for patients with any life limiting illness. Jersey Hospice Care is an independent charity and makes no charge to patients. It costs £14,800 a day to run the charity’s services.
