Over 30 days in the lead-up to Remembrance this year, I am going to walk and cycle the equivalent distance from the Cenotaph in Whitehall to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire – 118 miles / 190km, or 262,000 steps in total.

This will be at least 4 miles, 6.3km, or 9,000 steps each day.
