I, along with many others, think this needs to change.

This is why I’m taking big strides as part of the Glasgow Kiltwalk 2024 in support of Career Ready, a social mobility charity working to help less privileged young people build rewarding futures regardless of where they start out.

Career Ready transforms young people’s lives by giving them a mentor and workplace experiences that they wouldn’t ordinarily have access to. It gives them the chance to fulfil their potential, regardless of where they start out.

Morgan Stanley have worked in partnership with Career Ready for over 14 years, and we have seen how our work together transforms young people’s lives by giving them a mentor and internship that they wouldn’t otherwise have access to. It gives them the chance to fulfil their potential, regardless of where they start out.
