France - The Channel to the Med · 30 September 2023

We are guided by the desire to be a force for good. Through our partnership with Sutton Trust, we will work together to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds access the legal profession and drive social mobility.

Story

I am fundraising for The Sutton Trust, a charity that champions social mobility from birth to the workplace. They work to ensure that every young person - no matter who their parents are, what school they go to, or where they live - has the chance to succeed.

I am taking part in a 14 day group cycling challenge the length of France - from the Channel to the Med - starting on 30th September 2023. The route is just over 877 miles long and the average comes out at around 63 miles a day. The total amount of climbing is approximately 20,000m or 65,000 feet (2.2 times the height of Mt Everest!) It is slightly shorter in length, but a harder challenge in terms of climbing, than my 2021 cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats.

I'm aiming to raise £2,000 for this amazing cause. With your help, we can make a real difference in the lives of young people and give them the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Your support will help The Sutton Trust continue their important work and make sure that everyone has access to the same opportunities. Please join me in making a difference today!
