Some of you may be aware that I am going to be attempting to pedal from Land’s End to John O’Groats this summer, a small matter of 979 miles in 14 days.

Originally I was “just” going to do the ride. After some soul searching I decided that an epic journey like this should be used to raise much needed cash for a worthy cause. I have chosen Hope House, not for any personal reasons but simply because of the tremendous work the charity does for young people and their loved ones.

I am fully aware that times are tough for so many people at the moment, which is why I have not set a fundraising target at this time. Whatever you can donate will be very welcome. Many thanks, Russ.
