Many people were saddened by the passing of Rusty recently. He was such a character, known and loved by many. He regularly visited local businesses, going as far as the other end of Heaton Moor..We are wanting to create a memorial for him in Heaton Chapel, a mural and maybe a statue. Any surplus funds will be given to the Heatons Cats charity, where he lived.
