Hi my name is Ruth,

I am excited to announce that next September, myself and other students at the University of Salford will be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa! This journey consisting of 5896 meters is all in support of Student Minds, the UK’s leading metal health charity, making University a more enjoyable experience for everyone!

Student Minds is on a mission to transform student mental health across the UK. They empower students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to care for their mental health, support each other, and advocate for change. By working closely with universities, students’ unions, and other organizations, Student Minds is creating a university culture where mental health is prioritized, and students can truly thrive.
