Swimming is like nothing else. The first splash. The holding your breath. The echoes of laughter. The lifted spirits. The joy of gliding through water. The smile that lasts all day.

Level Water uses the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.

To raise money to get more kids into the water, in August I'll be swimming 9km from Henley to Marlow in as close to 3 hours as I can make it, so wish me luck and dig deep!
