Hello my name is Ruth,

I have completed the couch to 5k programme and am taking my training up a gear and hope to complete a 10k run at Hillsborough Castle on the 26th July 2026. I have chosen the charity Children of the Nations - as it is close to my heart - I love working with children and am currently a classroom assistant in a primary school. The money raised will hopefully help go towards feeding programmes and supporting education for children in Malawi.
