One in four women will experience domestic abuse (which is not just physical abuse) at some point in their lifetime. Some of them you will know, even if you don't realise it.

This Team is working as one to raise money to help the women we don't know about, and the ones who are already being supported by Refuge. We are doing it by committing to sore feet, laughter, and the pride of knowing we did our bit - 60 miles between August 14 and September 13.

We are doing it our way - from 30 short walks, right the way up to 1 very long walk. We are taking all month, or just 24 hours. And we need your support!
