Poverty and hunger are rife in South Africa, and the situation is, if anything, getting worse. Pre-school children suffer most as poor nutrition affects both their mental and their physical development. But together we can make a difference.

Join all the GRCT fundraisers as we trek a virtual 1,000 kilometres around the coast of South Africa, visiting all our projects – from Wellington in the Western Cape along the Garden Route to Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth. You can walk, run, cycle, spin, swim, scoot or skate - all we need from you is a small donation* and updates on the distance you have covered, and we will send you regular reports on where we are in our trek.
