Dear Friends and Family

October sees me take on a personal challenge for a great cause - trekking through the Western Ghats of Southern India for Dementia UK from 12-20th October.

Not a trekker normally but taking on an adventure for such a worthy cause which touches so many of our lives. The trek will take us through Kochi, Munnar, up to Meesapulimala Peak to camp for a few nights and back to the backwaters of Kerala. As a lover of India I am excited to see a part of the country I have not had the pleasure to visit before and surround myself in the nature and landscapes of the wonderful country.

Dementia UK is a wonderful charity who provide support to those impacted by this condition - which comes in so many forms. Your generosity and support will help Dementia UK continue their magnificent work.
