I am raising funds for The Dementia Care Hub which aims to make the lives of people living with dementia, their care partners, family and friends better. They endeavour to prevent avoidable distress through practical and emotional support.

They provided invaluable support to our friend, Stuart, tailoring activities to his personal interests. Their care was also a great help to his wife, Judi.

I am running in memory of Stuart who was a keen runner and had participated in the Great South Run.
