Story

Park Disco is BACK!

In May we threw our best 70’s Disco Shapes for ‘Move For Your Mental Health’ week in May, now we’re jumping decades for a dance party to the best 90’s bangers!

In this family-friendly workshop, you and hundreds of other 90’s lovers will gather to dance out a fly routine that revisits 90’s dance trends and of course all the classics! From Mc Hammer – Spice Girls, Madonna - Run DMC we’ll remember the best of the best!

Last time over 300 of you turned up to our ‘ I Can 70’s Disco ‘ workshop and together we raised over £1000 to help Shropshire Mental Health Support Charity (SMHS) purchase a new mobile well-being vehicle. It was such a fun, feel-good event where we got to appreciate just how much we love to dance especially in mass!

We would hugely appreciate a donation of £2 to help the charity continue its fundraising – however this is optional, and your presence is all that matters...

We would love you to add colour to our dancing by digging out your sparkly threads or better still come dressed in 90’s 's-inspired fashion :)

The workshop starts at noon on Saturday 14th September and once again will be held on the quarry (this time in the green area by the children’s play park). You will hear us!

You can donate using our Just Giving page or bring cash on the day to throw in one of our fundraising buckets
