Those who know me are aware that distance running was never my favourite thing, but despite this and not having run further than 10km, I have signed up for a coastal, trail half marathon in Northumberland in February! I’m doing it to challenge myself but also as I’d like to raise money for the fantastic charity that is Celia Cross Greyhound Trust. They are a wonderful organisation who rescue greyhounds and find them forever homes. Having two rescues myself, I really want to support the incredible work they do.
