Throughout 2023 I am fundraising for Marie Curie with various fundraising activities. Marie Curie is a charity close to my family's hearts because Marie Curie nurses have looked after close family members during their end-of-life care at home. Not only did the nurses meet medical needs but were also a great support to the whole family emotionally & also providing practical information at such a difficult time.

Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness across the UK. Marie Curie nurses and trained volunteers work night and day in people’s homes with more specialist care offered in hospices.

£80 pays for them to spend one evening caring for a patient in their own home

£20 pays for them to nurse a terminally ill person in their home for an hour

£160 could pay for one of their fantastic nurses to care for someone through the night
