Animal Action Cyprus fundraiser in memory of Ruth Steele

My amazing mum Ruth Steele passed away in hospital on 27th September 2024.
Having a life limiting illness like COPD, there were many discussions about what should happen after she passes. She had asked that when the time came, a fundraiser was set up for Animal Action Cyprus, a charity very close to her heart.
Cyprus has more cats than humans, many of them are living on the streets and charities like Animal Action Cyprus do an amazing job of looking after them, from getting them into foster homes, funding vet treatment and trying to find them forever homes.
It was through Animal Action Cyprus my mum was able to adopt 2 of her cats, Sophie in 2017 and Ollie a year later in 2018, taking them off the streets of Cyprus and into a warm caring home here in Scotland. She absolutely adored them both and they were such a huge part of her life.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated towards a charity that meant so much to her and continues to support the cats of Cyprus.
