When starting this page we set ourselves the target of raising £724. Thanks to people's generosity we managed to surpass this target and set ourselves a new target of doubling this amount!

Every 10 seconds, Samaritans responds to a call for help. No judgement. No pressure. They are there for anyone who needs someone. By supporting Samaritans, RealWorldHR wants to help ensure they can continue to be there 24/7 for anyone struggling to cope, no matter what.

As a company we have decades of experience helping organisations where people are having a tough time. Our values are important to us and throughout each project we prioritise the mental health of the people we work with and our own employees. We believe no one facing a difficult time should feel alone. Experience has taught us that every employee has a life they are living outside of work, and at times life can be overwhelming. It is during these times having someone to talk to openly and honestly about how you are feeling can make a difference.

As a team and individually we will be undertaking fundraising activities in support of Samaritans throughout the year. Donating just £5 could answer a call for help, but any support you can give is greatly appreciated both by Samaritans and the people they help.
