Rx Source is raising money for MVA Society

Team: Team fundraising for MVA Society

MVA is a devastating ultra-rare disease with no known treatments—yet. Your donation changes that, funding vital research toward a cure and supporting families who have nowhere else to turn. Every pound you give brings us closer to making treatments possible. We can't do this without you.

Story

Four RxSource runners. One big cause. 13.1 miles of questionable life choices.

We’re incredibly proud of our colleagues at RxSource, Rhys Evans, Dan Millard, Matt Labron, and Ian Ball, who are taking on the Bristol Half Marathon to raise money for the Mosaic Variegated Aneuploidy (MVA)

At the office, they help improve patients’ lives through the work they do. This time, they’re putting themselves to the test for Mosaic Variegated Aneuploidy (MVA), an ultra-rare genetic condition affecting fewer than 50 people worldwide. MVA can lead to complex, lifelong medical challenges, and until recently, there was little research, guidance, or support available. The MVA Society exists to change that, by supporting families, raising awareness, and driving vital research towards better care and future treatments.

Rhys brings calm leadership, dedication, and, of course, incredible hair. Dan is fiercely competitive and will absolutely be racing everyone, whether he admits it or not. Matt has swapped the tennis court for the road, proving his commitment to the cause. And Ian is keeping spirits high with humour and grit. Even when the miles start to hurt, he’ll still be smiling… or at least pretending to.

Every donation, big or small, will help the MVA Society continue its incredible work. Please support our team, cheer them on, and donate if you can. It means more than sore legs ever could.
